YCA CULTURAL CENTRE RE-OPENING
The YCA Cultural Centre has re-opened for the daily congregational prayers, including Taraweeh and Jumu'ah for both brothers and sisters.
To attend the Jumu'ah, Taraweeh & Eid prayers, you are required to book your place online by visiting:

TARAWEEH
- You must be 16 years old & above to attend
- Tickets will be available every Friday at 6pm & you need to book weekly
- Bookings will be separated for Monday to Thursday & Friday to Sunday (if you want to attend for the whole week, select both tickets before checking out)
- Each individual has to register separately (Brothers shouldn’t book on behalf of sisters & vice versa)
- Attendees will need to arrive 10 minutes before Isha starts (for prayer times, see the YCC Ramadhan timetable)
- Doors will be closed when Isha starts & will be opened only in between each prayer
- If you have booked for the week & can’t attend some of the days, please let us know. We will not cancel your block booking
JUMU’AH
- You must be 12 years old & above to attend
- There will be 2 Khutbahs (1:15pm & 2pm)
- Tickets will be available every Wednesday at 6pm
- Each individual has to register separately
- Attendees will need to arrive 10 minutes before the Khutbah starts.
EID
- You must be 12 years old and above to attend
- There will be 2 Eid prayers (7am & 8am)
- Tickets will be available closer to the time

To ensure the safety of all attendees, please carefully read & follow the guidelines below for attending the Masjid:
WHO CAN COME?:
No Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, a continuous cough, loss of smell or taste, cold, fever or flu-like symptoms)
Not isolating, quarantining or shielding at home
No underlying health conditions
Not living with someone who is shielding or who is over 70
Not working on the frontline, i.e. in hospitals
BEFORE COMING TO THE MASJID:
Do wudhu at home – Masjid toilet & wudhu areas are closed
All non-congregational (sunnah/nawafil) prayers to be performed at home
Bring your own prayer mat
Wear a face mask/covering
Bring a bag to carry your shoes into the prayer area
Bring your own Mushaf as there will be no access on site
NO PRAYER MAT, NO FACE MASK AND NO BAG = NO ENTRY
Please take all your belongings like prayer mat with you – anything left in the Masjid will be disposed of
INSIDE THE MASJID:
Avoid crowding at the entrance
Register with volunteers on arrival – attendance will be recorded
Clean your hands with hand sanitiser provided
Follow signs & one-way system
Observe the 2-metre social distancing rule at all times & in the prayer area by maintaining empty spaces between attendees
Pray in front of the numbered markers on the carpet
Masjid will only be open for fardh jama'ah, opening 10 mins before salaah time
Doors will be closed/locked when a maximum of 50 people are inside or jama'ah starts
Masjid will be closed straight after fardh jama'ah – do NOT do any optional sunnah/nawafil prayers – do them at home
Exit the Masjid orderly, 1 by 1 and row by row – as instructed by the Imam or volunteers
Leave immediately after the fardh/obligatory prayer
Do NOT shake hands or hug others
Do NOT car-share or pick up others not belonging to the same household in your car
